New Love chapter 5

Fionna's pov

Me and marshall had stopped kissing and we were walking on the beach. It felt so romantic walking with marshall hand in hand. Ill never forget this night ever because tonight was the night marshall asked me to be his girlfriend. When he asked me I thought he was kidding but then I saw how serious he looked and I was just so happy I wouldn't even think of saying no! Me and marshall stopped and sat down in the sand. We stuck our feet in the water feeling the coldness rush up on our legs. I layed my head on marshall's shoulder and he wrapped his arm around my shoulder holding me tight. I didn't want this night to end ever! Me and marshall sat like that for what seemed like hours and I loved every moment of it.

Marshall's pov

I held fionna close and never wanted to let her go. Finally the girl of my dreams was in my arms and would be mine until...until she dies...but maybe I could turn her. I looked at fionna on my shoulder and smiled. I shouldn't think like that...maybe ill be lucky and have to turn her if she get's really bad hurt...but I dont want my fionna to get hurt... I promise to protect her forever and always...

me and maya were sitting at a dinner table in one of the fanciest place's in all the fire kingdom. She was talking about her day and a new line of fire shoes coming into her store soon. I just sat there and laughed when she laughed and smiled when she smiled. I just couldn't get fionna out of my mind. It would be nice atleast to see her at our wedding in two days.  I asked maya about it that night and she agreed to it. Maybe tonight id be able to sleep knowing that my fionna will be at the wedding.

Marshall's pov

Fionna fell asleep on my shoulder and I picked her up and began to fly back to my house. I felt her snuggle up to my shirt and smiled. We had to get as much sleep as we could because tomorrow we have to fix her living room. When we arrived at my house I took fionna up stairs and laid her down on my bed and tucked her under my comforter. When I was turning away to leave I felt her grab my arm. I turned around and saw that her eye's were half opened. "can your bed hold two people?" she asked while blushing. I nodded in agreement and floated to the other side. I slid into the cover's with fionna and held her close to me. I never wanted to let her go...ever...
