New Love chapter 7

Fionna's pov

It was about five in the afternoon and I was getting ready for Flame prince's wedding. I was wearing a short blue dress along with some black leggings and black boots. I braided my hair and used long ribbon to braid it along with it. I began to put on my makeup when I heard someone come in. I grabbed my retractable sword and hid behind my door. My door opened slowly and I jumped on the intruders back. I then noticed it was marshall who had a smirk on his face. "oh getting alittle full of ourselves are we?" marshall said with a raised brow. I blushed a dark red and got off his back. Marshall was wearing a white dress shirt and some black skinny jeans and dress shoes. "ready to go?" marshall asked me. I nodded in reply and he picked me up bridal style. We flew out one of the window's I always left open in my room. Almost and hour later we arrived at the Fire Kingdom and met with a flambo who cast a fire shield spell on us. We turned blue and walked into the fire kingdom. We found our seats not to far away from the alter. We soon heard music begin to play and Maya walk in. She had on a long orange wedding dress with a red fire vail that covered her face. When she got to the alter flame prince took her hands and smiled. Then the priest began to speak. "if anyone objects to this marriage speak now or forever hold your peace." "I object" someone said. Everyone gasped and maya took off her wedding vail. "im sorry I know you love me but im in love with someone else" she said. Everyone gasped and began to murmur and flame prince looked shocked. "im in love with him!" she said and pointed to one of flame prince's cousins who smiled. Maya ran off the alter and grabbed the arm of flame prince's cousin and left. Everybody began to leave but me and marshall went up to tell him sorry.

Marshall's pov

Me and fionna went up to say sorry to flame prince but I wasn't so shocked for why she dumped him. Who could take on life living as a queen and wearing dresses all the time. "sorry about what maya did to you flame prince" I heard fionna say but flame prince didn't answer her he just turned and walked away towards his room to sulk. I grabbed fionna's hand and took her out of the castle. I picked her up bridal style and flew her to her home. I kissed her good bye but when I was about to leave she grabbed my arm. "would you like to stay over tonight?" she asked blushing a dark pink. I nodded in agreement and floated inside.

4:32 a.m. Fionna's pov

I heard a knock at the door and got up. I saw marshall sleeping peacefully so I decided not to desturb him. I got up and tiptoed down the stairs. I saw a orange light outside. When I opened the door I saw flame prince turned around smiled and blush. "hey fionna" he said. "hey flame prince what bring's you by this early in the morning?" I asked with a raised brow. "I couldn't sleep and well...fionna I want you back!" he yelled. I blushed then got a serious look on my face "im sorry but im in a happy relationship with marshall" I said and turned around about to close the door behind me. Then he grabbed my arm and it began to burn. "please fionna just give me another chance!" he yelled and began to glow brighter. "I said no now let go your hurting me!" I yelled trying to break free! He pulled me into a hug and now I was just in pain all over! I could feel blood running down my legs arm's and pretty sure my clothes were burning off me! Flame prince noticed the pained look on my face and let go. I fell to the floor in pain and he just left me there sad and broken like when he broke my heart. I cried out marshall's name hopeing he would hear me.

Marshall's pov

I heard somebody calling my name and I opened my eye's to see fionna wasn't beside me anymore. I rushed out of bed and flew down stairs were I saw a bloody fionna laying on the floor! I grabbed her and flew her to the hospital in the rock kingdom. They gave fionna a hospital bed and people just stared at me. The next morning th released fionna and let me take her home. I took her to her house were she took and shower and changed. I was sitting on the couch when I heard her come down stair's and sit on the couch with me and cuddle up. I saw that she had bandages all over her legs and arm's. I held her close and finally decided to ask her. I didn't want anything bad to happen to her again so I thought this was a way for us to be close and together. " hey fi can I ask you a question?" I said blushing alittle. "yea" she said. "I was wondering if...you'd like to move in with me?" I said blushing alittle. I looked down and fionna was looking at me with a smirk on her face.
